Navagio Beach, Greece
This picturesque cove on Greece’s Zakynthos island has a unique claim to fame: a shipwrecked freighter sitting right in the middle of the beach. Visitors to the site can go right up to the ship, which was reportedly smuggling contraband when it ran aground in 1980. Of course, the ship isn’t this beach’s only attraction. The sandy beach and clear blue waters are surrounded by impressive cliffs, making this cove a must-visit for lovers of scenic coasts.
